Company Philosophy

Social contribution through the development of human resources who can play an active role in the Japanese manufacturing industry

Message from the CEO

The Japanese government began offering vocational training around 1955, and soon these training facilities were established across the country. Even today, these facilities are used to retrain the unemployed, help individuals change careers, and conduct seminars for businesspeople. Since 1995, members of Techspire, including myself, have been developing information systems and application software for use in these educational facilities. Japan has a strong reputation for its industrial products, which is a result of the excellent human resources involved in manufacturing. While Japan may no longer be at the top in industrial products, Techspire is committed to continuing to contribute to the development of human resources involved in manufacturing.
